What is the PAC?
The Brooklyn Elementary School Parent Advisory Council (PAC) consists of all parents and guardians of children enrolled at Brooklyn Elementary. Our goal is to have an equipped, engaged school community to enhance the educational, physical and emotional development of our children. We are here to listen, discuss, inform, support, serve, contribute and engage in many aspects of school life.

Our next PAC meeting of the year will be held on the third Thursday each month in the library (or via Zoom if you can’t make it in person). Complimentary childcare is available. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

🎉 Welcome Our 2025–2026 PAC Board!
We’re excited to introduce this year’s PAC board—dedicated volunteers who devote countless hours to enhancing the Brooklyn experience. 🙌 But we can’t do it alone—your support and involvement are key to making this year a success!
Brooklyn Birthday Books is run by our PAC, where every student picks out a brand-new book on their birthday—because what better gift than the joy of reading? 
Let’s give a big THANK YOU to Comox Sylvan Learning for their very generous donation of $1,000!! This amazing contribution will fund our program for the remainder of this school year and into the next one too. 
Popsicle sales – $1 each Friday (volunteer dependent) at the end of the school day.
