How Funding Has Been Spent for 2023-2024:

  • BBQ/Meet the Parents PAC meeting in September
  • Halloween Dance
  • Funding to each division for non-curricular items (field trips, supplies, etc) of $300
  • Additional funding for each student towards field trip expenses of $12/student
  • Hot chocolate day for all
  • Kindergarten Cooking program
  • Moms Against Racism Seminars
  • Additional funding for the Grade 7 graduation trip

How Funding Has Been Spent for 2022-2023:

  • Mud kitchen/sinks for school garden x 2
  • Creation of PAC website
  • BBQ/Meet the Parents PAC meeting in September
  • Halloween Dance
  • Fun Fair ’23
  • Kindergarten Cooking program
  • Extra funds for all 22 divisions ($150/division)
  • Token of appreciation for Ms Pedersen-Skene
  • Primary book bags (appreciation for volunteers making bags)
  • Salad Bar Conference
  • Commitment to assist with Grade 7 Hornby Island camping trip ($50/student)
  • Commitment for increased field trip budget ($20/student)
  • Hot chocolate day for all
  • Theater production for entire school in Feb
  • Valuable upgrades to the school ‘Reset Room’ – including comfortable seating, calming toys & books, ‘Millard Crash Pad’
